Today I am sharing two recipes in on video! Lentil & Oats bread and Brown Rice & Orange Bread, straight from the oven to your feed. Which slice are you grabbing first? Let me know in the comment section blow!
Ingredients:
Lentil and Oats Bread
1 cup of lentils (soaked overnight, but can soak for 4-5 hrs)
1/2 cup of oats
4 large eggs at room temp
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tablespoons (tbl) of psyllium husk
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) of baking powder
1/2 of baking soda
1/2 of salt
7 small dates ( if they are big use at least 4)
3 tbl of olive oil
1 tbl apple cider vinegar
Handful of blueberries (optional)
Brown Rice and Orange Bread
1 cup brown rice (soaked overnight)
1 1/2 oranges
3 large eggs at room temp
1/2 Greek Yogurt
3 tablespoons (tbl) of psyllium husk
1 tbl of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbl flaxseeds
Spinach (handful)
Pre-heat your oven and bake both breads at 385 degrees F for about 50-60 minutes .
