How to Listen to Your Heart (not your head)

Описание: In this video I share a simple way to find your authentic voice by listening less to your head and more to your heart.

Much of what we consider to be 'us' is a collection of ideas, beliefs and accepted truths which we have inherited from our families, society, culture. They might keep us 'safe' but don't represent our unique creative spirit.

By listening to ourselves in a deeper way, we can learn to recognise what our 'head' voice sounds like and then discover what lies beyond it - in the space of our heart (or centre) - where our own unique truth lives. Sharing from this place naturally reveals the best in us, helping us share our gifts with the world.
