Man charged for “ripping” Reflecting Pool, evidence hidden

Описание: U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro refused to answer questions about the Jan 6. riots as a grand jury indicted former Olympian David Hearn, doling out a felony charge for vandalizing the Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C.

Pirro was faced with reporters’ questions on why 67-year-old Hearn was so quickly charged while January 6 rioters weren’t.

"One of the most offensive images that I hold in my mind are the images of national monuments that are being debased, roped, torn down, graffitied, and damaged by individuals," Pirro said during a press conference.
