Tools needed:
7/8 inch wrench
13/16 inch wrench
Adjustable crescent wrench
Phillips screwdriver
5/32 inch Allen key

When mounting the 1812 with these 3D printed stands, you'll need to first install these stands to our skid top using these two holes here and these two holes here.

We'll do this by placing our stand over the mounting hole. Then using these 1032 Phillips screws, we'll place it through the threaded hole on our stand. Using a screwdriver, thread those screws in.

With a 5/32 inch Allen key, remove the clamp top by undoing these four screws on each side. Set each top to the side.

Now we can place our 1812 housing with the permeate end facing our scale. Make sure it's centered and replace the top clamp and tighten those four screws.

Install our feed and our concentrate return hose into the two bulkheads on the back of our skid top.

We're going to use a 15/16 inch wrench to hold the bulkhead in place. We'll give it one and a quarter turn to set the ferrules in this fitting with a 7/8 inch wrench. Be sure to do that for both fittings.

Remove the plugs on the outlet and the outlet port of your 1812. We're going to connect our half-inch union fittings. There's already a nut installed on these two ends, so we will remove one nut from one side of this fitting. Insert the tube end into the fitting and secure the nut.

We're going to use a 13/16 inch wrench to hold the center of this union while we snug it up with a 7/8 inch wrench.

Insert the hose from your feed side into this end of the 1812, and the concentrate return hose into this end of the 1812.

Use a 13/16 inch wrench to hold the middle of this union in place while you give it one and a quarter turn with a 7/8inch wrench to set the ferrules in this fitting. Be sure to do this for both the outlet and the outlet.

We're going to install this reducing union into the permeate end of our 1812. Get that nut hand tight. Then we're going to use a 13/16 inch wrench to hold the middle of this union in place while we tighten the nut with a 7/8 inch wrench. From here, I've cut a permeate tube of three-eighth polypropylene with a tube cutter.

Install one end into the 1812. Same process, we're going to hold the middle of this union in place with a 13/16 inch wrench. Then I'm going to swage this nut with an 11/16 inch wrench. With one and a quarter turn to set the ferrules in this fitting.

From there, simply place the other end of your permeate line into some collection device. Here we’re using a beaker on my scale.

When using 1812 in combination with a SEPA cell, you can use this stand to conveniently mount on top of your SEPA holder. Mount it by simply placing it on and pressing each side on there.

From there, remove the four fast lock knobs. Next the top clamps. Now place your 1812 with the permeate facing the scale. Make sure it's centered. Then replace the two top clamps. Next, the knobs. Press each clamp down while you tighten the knobs.
