Join me as I attempt to repair Hornby's Mk3 Coach Kinematic Coupling. With such a thin piece of plastic connecting the NEM pocket to the Kinematic Spring Mechanism it's no wonder the coupling had been snapped off.
After trying to glue a 3d printed NEM pocket back onto the Kinematic coupling with Epoxy Resin and failing, I decided to design and fully 3d print the NEM Pocket and coupling assembly together to make a more stronger bond between the two pieces, and that has seemed to have worked.
