Описание: Part II of the simple five transistor 14 MHz QRP CW transmitter. This is almost totally based on a circuit in Chapter 6 of a really great on-line free book. If you have any interest in amateur or ham radio, you really should look at this book! It's called 'From Crystal Sets to SSB', by Frank Harris K0YIE and a link to it is on the website of Terry R Fletcher WA0ITP. Here we go: http://www.wa0itp.com/crystalsetsssb.... . I came across it by accident, and was enthralled by the book. It covers absolutely everything in the most clear and simple terms. We were looking for ideas on making a crystal-controlled QRP CW transmitter; but when we saw what Frank had designed & explained so well, we dropped everything & went 100% for his circuits! And, it worked - even for us. Whoopee! And all great fun. Of course, we made some mistakes along the road, but that's the best way to learn? The conditions on 14 Mhz are not so good at the moment; the sun is very quiet, it seems. In better conditions it is quite easy to work Europe - North America with 4 or 5 Watts. We're looking forward to doing so. Thanks for your comments or Part I - sorry if I can't answer them all individually. Best 73 & good QRP DX from G4LQF. (There are more pictures &c on my QRZ.com page.)
