Today, we take a look at something a little different for our region. We have a look at Kato's Seven Star in Kyushu, which is beautifully presented in a box set. The train is a cruise train that is operated by JR Kyushu behind a DF200 locomotive. The train operates throughout the year and travels in a loop around Kyushu. The seven carriage consist were specially built for the service that can accommodate around 20 passengers.
This model was released by Kato in 2018 and is the full configuration of the train.
We complete an unboxing of the model, along with it's first run.
