Описание: The Heart Chakra, known as Anahata, is the fourth of the seven fundamental chakras and represents love, compassion, emotional integration and the capacity to connect—both with yourself and with others. It is often described as the bridge between the lower chakras (survival, pleasure, will) and the higher chakras (truth, intuition, consciousness), making it a central hub for balance and coherence.

When this centre is balanced, love feels stable rather than fragile, boundaries feel natural rather than defensive, and emotional life becomes more coherent. You can care deeply without losing yourself, and you can remain open without being naïve.

When it is out of balance, it may manifest as emotional shutdown, fear of intimacy, resentment, grief that does not resolve, or the opposite pole: over-giving, people-pleasing and lack of boundaries. On the body level, the chest, upper back and heart area may carry tightness, heaviness, or a “protected” posture.

In many traditions, Anahata is linked to themes of unresolved grief and emotional armour, and to archetypes such as the healer (compassion, restoration) and the beloved (open-hearted connection without self-abandonment). This field supports a mature heart: soft, radiant, and intelligently protected.
