It’s great for integrating reflexes, balance, correcting scissoring gait, hand-eye coordination, bilateral hand use, foot placement, visual targeting, and more! Practice makes this tip easier for children, so as you’ll note in the video, I stand close at first and get a bit further later on so I can assist only if needed.
