hi everyone 👋
let's make Crab Xec Xec. My Granny's way. ✨
l have used 10 small crabs and discarded the top shell. l didn't make the crabs half because l m using small crabs.
lf you'll have bigger crabs , you'll can make half.
sprinkle some salt on the 🦀🦀🦀
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add
1chopped onion.
1small grated coconut.
3 tbsps coriander seeds.
5 dried kashmiri red chillies.
1inch cinnamon.
6-7 cloves.
1 cardamom.
1 inch ginger.
8 pods of garlic.
1/4 tsp poppy seeds.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
FRY WELL
And add in the mixer.
Add a small ball of tamarind.
And 2 cups of water.
Blend into a paste.
In another pan add
5 tbsps oil.
1 finely chopped onion.
1 finely chopped tomato.
The prepared masala.
water.
sugar and salt according to your taste.
Add the crabs
And let it boil... ...
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
And our Crab Xec Xec is ready. 🦀✨
