Описание: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has issued an advisory informing motorists about major thoroughfares where road repairs and excavations are being undertaken . . . The MMDA said it has given clearances to the Department of Public Works and Highways and public utility companies to undertake repairs or upgrades on several thoroughfares in Quezon City, Paranaque, Caloocan and Manila.
