The Mind in Focus is a short film exploring photography's transformative role in mental health through the journeys of photographer and visual artist Heather Agyepong and creative, Vanessa Anglade.
Despite their different experiences, both have used photography as a powerful tool for healing, self-reflection, and growth, helping them understand their identities as individuals and within their communities.
Directed by Daisy Ifama and produced by WaterBear Studios in partnership with Nikon, this film offers a timely look at photography’s potential as a therapeutic tool to improve our mental well-being.
