2. By submitting an entry to the askdrtk Podcast Package Giveaway "Sweepstakes" you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these rules and any decisions of askdrtk. You also acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
3. The sweepstakes is free to enter to all persons over the age of 18 worldwide except those residing in Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic. The sweepstakes is Void where prohibited.
4. The winner is responsible for all taxes, duties, and tariffs.
5. By submitting an entry to the sweepstakes you agree to indemnify askdrtk from any and all wrong doing in relation to the sweepstakes, giveaway items, and the use or misuse of the giveaway items.
6. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced during a video on the askdrtk channel within 14 days of the end of the sweepstakes. All decisions of askdrtk relating to the sweepstakes are final. The winner must complete an email confirmation of prize acceptance within seven days of notification or their entry will be deemed Void and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. If the winner is determined to be a minor under the laws of their place of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or guardian who will be required to complete the confirmation of prize acceptance and who will agree to be bound by these official sweepstakes rules.
8. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. There will be only one prize of the Podcast Package items as listed above.
9. Sweepstakes entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes, or in the case of the winner, the use or redemption of the prize. The winner acknowledges askdrtk and all those concerned with this sweepstakes do not provide any warranty, representations, either expressed or implied, relative quality, condition, and fitness of any aspect of the prize for any purpose. In the event of dispute over identity of entrant, the entry is deemed to be from the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used in submitting the confirmation of prize acceptance.
10. Askdrtk reserves all rights to disqualify entrants from this and any future sweepstakes for what in the sole interpretation of askdrtk is an intentional violation of these official rules, the YouTube Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines.
11. This sweepstakes is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and is operated in compliance with all local, state, provincial, and federal laws, rules, and regulations including U.S. sanctions. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
12. Privacy policy: Askdrtk does no collect or use your personal information for any purpose other than to contact the sweepstakes winner. After the winner is notified and the sweepstakes prize is awarded, askdrtk will not retain any personal information of the winner or entrants.
