On November 10, 2025, I lost my wife, Laura. She wasn’t just my partner, she was my person, my home, my history. Life didn’t stop when she died, but something in me did. And the strange part is how normal everything looks from the outside.

People say things like “you’re strong” or “you’re handling it,” and I nod, smile, say the right things. I get dressed. I show up. I do what I’m supposed to do. But that doesn’t mean I’m okay.

This song isn’t about recovery or closure. It’s about existing. About learning how to function while carrying something that never really leaves. About how grief doesn’t always look like breaking down, sometimes it looks like holding it together while everything inside is falling apart.

Making music and putting these visuals together is how I process what I can’t put into conversation. It’s not meant to be polished or perfect. It’s meant to be honest.

If you’ve lost someone you love, if you’re still breathing but don’t quite feel found this is for you. You’re not weak for feeling it this way. You’re still here. And sometimes, that’s the fight.
