Do you know what is Incoloy 925?
Incoloy 925 is also called UNS N09925. It is a nickel iron chromium alloy. Incoloy 925 is a precipitation-strengthened alloy. It can achieve considerable strength through aging treatment.
Incoloy 925 and Incoloy 825 have the same excellent corrosion resistance. However, its strength is much higher than the former. At the same time, it has good high temperature stability.
Nickel brings a stable structure to the alloy. Chromium and copper give the alloy excellent oxidation resistance. Molybdenum gives the alloy a certain resistance to reduction. Aluminum and titanium, as precipitation strengthening elements, greatly increase the strength of the material.
Incoloy 925 is widely used in Oil & Gas, Petro Processing, Power Generation and other fields.
