I was able to get trackside, again, on 07 May 2020, and this time at Sorenson street, without much wind. It was the first day of a string of early Summer-like heat and that presents a different problem. I caught several trains at this loction, starting with U744, from Vancouver, BC to Bruderheim, Alberta. Up front was CN8853 but I missed the mid-train with the arrival of CP#303, a loaded grain train headed to the port of Vancouver. The cp power was CP8107 on point and CP8570 on the rear.
The problem of nice weather that I alluded to is that, being nice outside, I have things that need to be done in the garden and the pocessing and publication of these videos suffers. It's nice to have such a problem.

Recorded with a Canon XA55 4KHD Pro video camera at 1920x1080 resolution. For outdoor shooting, it is equipped with an Azden SMX-10 High-Performance Stereo Condenser Microphone mounted inside a Rode Blimp Windshield on a Rycote Shock Mount Suspension System. A Neewer NW74K 7-Inch 1920x1080 Field Monitor is also used . All equipment is then mounted on a custom bar attached to a Canadian Studio Pro Heavy Duty 72" Tripod with an EI-717 Fluid Pan Head.
Other equipment used in videography are a Canon XA10 Pro HD, a Canon SX60HS HD, a Sony HDR-CX110 HD, a Sony HDR-AZ1 HD, a Nikon AW110 HD, and a Viofo A119 HD. Occasionally, an iPhone 11 Pro HD camera mounted on a Zhyiun Smooth 4 powered gimbal is also used.
Video is edited, produced and rendered using Cyberlink PowerDirector 17 Ultimate.

N.B.The photographer and cameras did not encroach on the railway right-of-way in taking this video. It is dangerous, foolhardy (and illegal) to enter on railway rights-of-way. Just sayin' ... "You don't stand on a runway to watch airplanes."
