I love the underlying message of this clip. We identify ourselves as the outer garment covered in hair, but our true identity is the being within it who is invisible to mortal eye.
In order to bring a state of consciousness to life, we must think FROM it, and not of it. In another one of Neville's lectures, he likens the idea of activating states of consciousness to the concept of pregnancy/the fertilization of the egg. Our consciousness is like the sperm, and the state we would like to experience in this world is like the egg. We must enter into the state we want to externalize by using our imagination in order to bring it to life.
