20:23 I have the Sacral and the SolarPlexus Authorities plus the Splenic Auhtority. I fail to see the point of the Spenic Awarrenss 'hits' as they don't necessarily lead to action if there is no response in the moment, neither are they useful when one has to wait out the EMoitonal wave to come to clarity. So what use is this awareness in my chart?
