There are times in life when old energy or repressed emotions can get stuck in the body. This is especially true if a past conflict, hurt or unwanted situation has not been forgiven.
Instead of having to talk through the issue, this flow class is designed to free up that stuck energy by opening up the hips. The adductors, hamstrings, and inner groin muscles will all be opened as we make our way toward triangle pose. And then the outer area of the hips, which will have built great strength in class, will get a juicy stretch at the end to restore overall balance to the body.
Props needed: A blanket (optional)
