BRAISED CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
SOUP BROTH
20 cups of water
4 chicken leg quarters, separate thighs and drumsticks
1 pkg Pa-Lo concentrated soup (Fa -Thai Brand)
4 ginger slices
3 galangal slices
20 cilantro stems
1\2 round onion
1 small daikon, peeled, cut
2 pandan leaves, tie into knots
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp Msg
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 pkg meatball
Fresh pho noodles
Beansprout
Mixed herbs (Green onion & Cilantro)
Fried garlic
Crushed peanuts
Chili oil
Black pepper
