Trying Memphis Style Dry Rub Ribs for the first time is a bit of a culinary bucket list moment. When people talk about barbecue and ribs, Memphis enters the conversation quickly. I headed to West Tennessee in search of Memphis-Style Ribs and another BBQ delicacy, Memphis-Style BBQ Spaghetti. Of course, there was dessert, in the form of the freshest, most honest and possibly best darn peach cobbler I have ever tasted. Memphis is a BBQ town, it's a place where if you venture a bit off the strip you'll be rewarded with one of the best BBQ restaurants in the country. Go to Memphis, sure, maybe go to Graceland but don't skip the Ribs whatever you do.
