Chronologically, Flamme and Serie obviously knew Frieren was suppressing her mana a millennium before the defeat of the Demon King, but besides them, Heiter was the first one to discover Frieren's fluctuations.

I suppose that, technically, Serie was still technically correct with her assessment that only Lernen and the Demon King discovered Frieren's mana fluctuations at first glance, as Heiter only realized after a few years of traveling with her.


Technically, I should probably have included the scene in episode 2 where Frieren was teaching Fern to suppress her mana, or the scene in episode 18 where Fern said that Frieren still emits a mana level comparable to an experienced mage, even when suppressed.
