INGREDIENTS:

8 oz unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temp
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
4 whole eggs, room temp
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Nescafe Taster's Choice House Blend Instant Coffee Light
4 oz semisweet Ghirardelli chocolate, chopped
3 oz bittersweet Ghirardelli chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup mini M&M's
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for the top (optional)
