Hi, I'm Morgan—a yoga teacher, mom of four, and recovering overwhelmed mom.
I started yoga searching for a moment of peace in the chaos of motherhood. What I found was so much more: a way to calm my anxious mind, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with myself beyond the constant demands of being "mom."
Now I help other overwhelmed, anxious, burnt-out moms do the same.
On this channel, I teach yoga, breathwork, and mindset tools designed specifically for moms who are drowning—moms who need practical ways to calm down, reset, and take back control. I also share my Inner Dinosaur framework: a simple way to understand your reactive patterns and work with them instead of being controlled by them.
Every video is beginner-friendly with modifications for however you're showing up today. My goal is to create a safe space where you can breathe, move, and remember who you are beneath the overwhelm.
