Russian 1895 was the first long range sniper rifle that I've really grown comfortable with. In recent times, I've rarely used it, but there is something reliable about it that made me grow accustomed to it in the first place.
Where other classes usually have at least few stinkers, scout has the massive benefit of having basically most of it's arsenal to be pretty good, especially if the worst you can say about few of the snipers is that they are "not that good", but honestly, even crap like Carcano can be pretty useful at times. The worst offenders for me are snipers with really bad sights, like 1903 Silenced with iron sights.
