Eating Raw Meat from the Grocery Store

Описание: This is how I eat a raw meat based diet from my local grocery store. I've tried many different things over the years I've eaten this way. The foods featured in this video are the ones that I believe are the best options available to me in my location. Some of you may have better options at your grocery store depending on where you live. For instance, if the sale of raw milk in grocery stores is legal in your location, obviously you should include that as well. If any good farms are near you, I highly recommend choosing those foods first.
