[MCRP] Elegy vs LSPD - Boiling

Описание: I'd like to adress a few issues beforehand of this pursuit happening, as this server has reached me and some people around me to a boiling point.

This pursuit was initiated due to me trying to help a friend jailbreak, the cop non-chalantly didn't roleplay any actions and kept driving despite being rammed into the barricades on the side of the highway, lack of fear was also present as the officer was alone, he ran back to the city and called backup.

I like the server, but their execution of roleplay isn't done right, cops run around with AR's blasting unarmed people, or armed people that only carry a pistol. Gangs rob you 24/7 for cash and they even take all your vehicle keys, they camp known areas just to rob civs, and all other kind of dumb stuff.. and if people consider it roleplay it's merely roleplay, it's more or less a RPG with it's levelling system for jobs. And the amount of /do's with the question /able?/ is ridiculous. Even for the slightest actions there's a question if it's possible.. injured players with multiple gunshot wounds that cant resist? And they ask you if you resist XD

I know their staff team has been trying to adress these issues, it's happening in such a slow manner that it eats at the good portion of this community which led to a drainage of players, and also hit the motivation of my own to play.
