traveling alone for two years has taught me how much i love my own company. tonight i’m getting dinner by the water, walking through an overwhelming night market, and slowing down enough to actually be present.
this video isn’t really about the food. it’s about choosing your own pace, being okay on your own, and realizing that doing things alone doesn’t have to be scary. it can actually be really freeing.
I cant recommend how important doing things alone truly is! whether thats eating alone, or just being comfortable in your own presence and mind is absolutely life changing. i hope this reminds you its more than okay to be alone! I find that I grow most in the silence :)
