Gandikota History

Gandikota, often referred to as the "Grand Canyon of India," is a historic village located in the Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. The village is named after the Gandi (a Telugu word meaning "gorge") formed by the Penna River, which flows through massive canyon-like rocks, creating a stunning natural landscape.
