ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency) has announced a major update regarding the recruitment process under Phase 1 and Phase 2. Interviews for reduced merit candidates have been cancelled, and a reduced combined merit list for Phase 1 and Phase 2 candidates is being prepared.

According to the new decision, candidates who secured higher marks in Phase 2 will be adjusted first on merit against available vacancies. After that, a combined reduced merit list of Phase 1 and Phase 2 candidates will be used to fill remaining posts. This step aims to ensure transparency and equal opportunity in the recruitment process.
