Phyrexia All Will Be One brings back the Proliferate mechanic, where you can add additional counters on to players and permanents. But this doesn't only work with oil, poison and loyalty counters, there are loads of other counter types in Standard right now.
Here are all the different counter types that I could find and when you would want to add extra counters onto them.
