राजस्थान में 'एक राज्य, एक चुनाव' योजना पर विचार : क्या 6 से 8 माह के लिए टल सकते हैं पंचायत चुनाव ?

Описание: राजस्थान में चुनावी और प्रशासनिक ढांचे में बड़े बदलाव की तैयारी की जा रही है। राज्य सरकार 'एक राज्य, एक चुनाव' योजना के तहत आगामी पंचायत चुनावों को छह से आठ महीने के लिए टालने पर विचार कर रही है। अगर यह योजना लागू होती है, तो जनवरी 2025 में प्रस्तावित पंचायत चुनावों को स्थगित कर दिया जाएगा और इस दौरान प्रशासनिक कार्यों की जिम्मेदारी प्रशासकों को सौंपी जा सकती है। राज्य सरकार निकाय और ग्राम पंचायत चुनावों को एक साथ कराने की योजना बना रही है और इसके लिए एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति का गठन किया जाएगा जो विधेयक का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करेगी। अगर विधेयक पारित होता है, तो राजस्थान देश का पहला राज्य होगा जहां 'वन राज्य, एक चुनाव' का कानून लागू होगा। यह पहल भारतीय जनता पार्टी के ‘एक देश-एक चुनाव’ विचार से जुड़ी है और राज्य के चुनावी और प्रशासनिक ढांचे में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव ला सकती है।

The state government is considering postponing the upcoming Panchayat elections by six to eight months under the 'One State, One Election' scheme. If implemented, the Panchayat elections scheduled for January 2025 could be delayed, and administrative responsibilities might be handed over to administrators during this period. The government plans to hold municipal and village Panchayat elections simultaneously and will form a high-level committee to draft the bill before presenting it in the state assembly. If passed, Rajasthan would be the first state in the country to implement the 'One State, One Election' law. This initiative is linked to the BJP’s 'One Nation, One Election' concept mentioned in its election manifesto, and could bring about significant changes in the state's electoral and administrative framework.
