This week Dr Humphrys is talking about a reset strategy called 'The Big Flop'.
The Big Flop involves taking a nice deep slow breath in, and as you breathe out, do a big flop. Let your shoulders flop forward, your tummy flop and your fingers uncurl. As you slowly breathe in and out again, notice how nice it feels to do a big flop and let all the tension go from your body.
