Описание: *On this Guru Purnima of 2025, in a reverential offering, we present you a thematic album about some perspectives on “Fate and Free will,” as explored by Gurus such as Saint Tyagaraja in his compositions and His Holiness Sri Chandrashekhara Bharati Swamy of Shringeri in his dialogues with the seekers.

In the “first part” of this this album, in the voice of Dr. M Balamuralikrishna, we present you some compositions of Saint Tyagaraja which explore the themes of karma, fate, and destiny, often through the lens of devotion to Lord Rama. These kritis probe the consequences of actions (karma), the influence of fate, and the path to liberation (moksha) through devotion and self-realization.

In the “second part”, we present yet another perspective on “Fate and Free will,” in the words of a sage (His Holiness Sri Chandrashekhara Bharati Swamy of Shringeri) who clarified the doubts of many seekers through dialogues. It is an audio version from the book “Dialogues with the Guru”, Compiled by Sri R. Krishnaswamy Iyer during 1925-1927. These passages from the book provide answers to many nagging questions that trouble the individual as well as the society.
