My good friends from New York came down to have me work on engines for them! The primary objective was to get a 1978 115hp in perfect running condition. Only known facts are that it has great compression around 140psi and a solid ignition system. All wires, carbs, fuel pump, cooling system, lower unit, timing, and overall condition needs attention! 1 day.... can we make it talk!!!!!
