Ayodhya GST Deputy Commissioner Prashant Kumar Singh has been in the spotlight after a dramatic resignation that later turned controversial. He publicly announced his resignation in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, but it later emerged that the resignation never officially reached the GST office. Soon after, his brother accused him of using a fake disability certificate to get the government job. Amid growing questions, Prashant Kumar Singh withdrew his resignation and hit back with serious allegations against his brother. He denied all wrongdoing, said the certificate was valid, and claimed he continues to perform his duties honestly.
