While visiting Hoshino-mura, I stumbled across a beautiful tea field ont he side of the mountain.

I was determined to find out who owned the field, so I set off to find the farmer -- and luckily I did!

The farmer produces some of the highest quality Gyokuro tea in Yame, Japan -- which was fresh, and savory.
