Let’s flow to your strongest crow pose! In this class, we start with a thorough wrist warm up, use drills to solidify our shoulder and core engagement, and then move through a ladder flow to heat up the body and slide right into prep for crow pose and some of its helpful variations.
This class is meant as a part 2 to my foundational crow class, where we explore the hand and forearm placement to create a stable arm balance. I do reference this class, and the skills we practiced, throughout.
