Kinumpirma ng South Korea ang ika-anim na kaso ng African swine fever ngayong taon matapos matuklasan ang virus sa isang pig farm na may humigit-kumulang 3,000 baboy.
Ayon sa Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, agad ipinatupad ang culling ng mga apektadong hayop at inilabas ang standstill order sa lahat ng pig farms at kaugnay na pasilidad sa lugar upang pigilan ang pagkalat ng sakit.
