Описание: It might sound surprising, but grocery shopping in a foreign country can be one of the most exciting parts of travel. What seems like a mundane task at home becomes a unique cultural experience when you're exploring a new destination. In this video, we take you along as we do a grocery restock for our Airbnb in Hanoi, Vietnam—our home base for one month in March 2025.

While eating out in Hanoi is not only incredibly delicious but also very affordable, we try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by cooking meals at home whenever possible. As slow travelers who stay in one place for at least a month, having access to quality groceries is important to us.
There are plenty of grocery stores in Hanoi catering to both locals and expats. For convenience and selection, we chose to shop at FujiMart (featured in the video), WinMart, BRGMart, and L’s Place. Each supermarket offered a great variety, with L’s Place being our go-to for specialty and international products.

Our grocery shopping experience in Hanoi was seamless. We found everything we needed to prepare delicious and healthy meals right in our Airbnb kitchen. Prices were reasonable, and the overall selection was impressive.

Whether you're visiting for a few days or settling in for a month or more, grocery shopping in Hanoi is an enjoyable and accessible part of the experience.
