Ingredients all from WallMart: 1 can each of diced potatoes, sliced carrots, large can of pumpkin, large can of Yams in syrup, 2 cans of Popeye's Cut Spinach. Mix all of these ingredience into a large mixing bowl, brown and add 4.5 lbs of ground beef and drain well. Add cooked ground beef and mix well. scoup out 1 cup servings into sealable containers, freezing 10 containers or 5 days of food, morning and night. You should have enough to leave out in the fridge 2 full days of container meals. ENJOY.
