Ingredients:
Mathi Fish (Sardines): 6-8, cleaned
Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1½ tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Garam Masala: ½ tsp
Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Salt: To taste
Rice Flour (For Extra Crispiness - Optional): 1 tbsp
Oil (For Shallow Frying): As needed
Curry Leaves: Few (For Garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Clean the Fish – Wash the mathi fish thoroughly, remove scales, and pat dry.
2️⃣ Prepare the Marinade – In a bowl, mix chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and little water to form a thick paste.
3️⃣ Marinate the Fish – Coat the fish evenly with the masala and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Heat the Oil – In a pan, heat oil on medium flame.
