ginger paste 1tbs
lemon juice 1tbs
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1tsp
cumin powder ( Zeera powder)1tsp
turmeric powder (haldi)1tsp
black paper 1tsp
white paper 1tsp
oregano half tsp
chicken powder 1tbs
coating ingredients:-
maida (all purpose flour)3-4cups
corn flour 3_4tbs
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1tsp
black Paper 1tsp
white paper quarter tsp
oregano half tsp
2egg
bread crumbs 3-4cups
water 1-2cups
sauce ingredients:-
ketchup 3_4tbs
mayonnaise 3_4tbs
cream 2-3tbs
lemon juice 1tsp
salt to taste
white paper quarter tsp
black Paper
