Описание: जील रेनवेयर कंपनी में 8 जनवरी की मजदुरो की हड़ताल को लेकर कंपनी ने किया खुलासा सागवाड़ा डूंगरपुर जिले के सागवाड़ा उपखंड अंतर्गत हजारों लोगों को रोजगार देने वाली जील रेनवेयर कंपनी में पिछले दिनों 8 जनवरी को मजदुरो ने इंसेंटिव को लेकर कार्य बहिष्कार करते हुए हड़ताल कर दी थी । जिसको लेकर कंपनी के प्रबंधन ने मजदूरों से उनकी मांगों पर विचार विमर्श किया और मजदुरो को उनके हीत को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्हें संतुष्ट किया । आपको बता दें कि जील रेनवेयर कंपनी सागवाडा में कई बेसहारा महिलाओं और दिव्यांग महिलाओं को बरसों से रोजगार प्रदान करती आ रही है । लेकिन इंसेंटिव की गलत फहमी की वजह से 8 जनवरी 2022 जील रेनवेयर कंपनी के लिए मजदुरो की ग़लत फहमी की वजह से मजदुरो की हड़ताल बन कर बुरी खबर बन कर सामने आया। कंपनी में काम कर रहे मजदूरों ने खुद बताया कि उन्हें इंसेंटिव को लेकर गलत फहमी हुई थी और उन्होंने हड़ताल का समर्थन किया। कंपनी में काम करने वाली महिलाओं को हड़ताल के लगभग एक महीने बाद जाकर पुछा गया तो उन्होंने यह बात स्पष्ट करते हुए बताया कि कंपनी में उन्हें अब किसी भी तरह की तकलीफ़ नहीं है और उन्हें समय पर मेहनताना मिलता है और जील रेनवेयर कंपनी के मालिक दीनबंधु त्रिवेदी उनके लिए भगवान बन कर साबित हो रहे हैं । इस पुरी घटना को लेकर जील रेनवेयर कंपनी के प्रबंधन से भी हमने चर्चा की
