I'm breaking out the financial calculator and crunching some numbers to help you plan for you financial goals. The app that I have been using on my phone is handy because now I don't have to bring my financial calculator around with me.

The example in the video is saving for your first home or a second home. It doesn't matter what you want to purchase, the math is the same.
