Описание: Circular hiking route starting and ending at the Hotel "Parador de las Cañadas del Teide" in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
We visit the hidden Sanatorium of Teide. The route runs within the Teide National Park in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
The total distance has been approximately 12.7 kilometers. We have spent about 4 and a half hours, stopping to eat something and making some videos.

Depending on the time of year, you must be very careful with the temperatures, since this entire area is above 2000 meters high, the area is considered high mountain; and it is easy for temperatures to drop below 0 degrees in cold weather. We have done the route in mid-April and when the route began at 09:00 hours the temperature was only 6 degrees; although as the day progressed we reached 22 degrees when we finished the route at about 1:30 p.m.
