Our test sieve manufacturing process contains over 10 different complex procedures. We have now successfully integrated a new automatic component production line. Five more main procedures have been added into our current production line, including metal cutting, rolling, welding, forming and polishing.


The new production line enables us to
Increase production capacity significantly, potentially doubled our productivity compared to the past
Have full control of our product quality consistency
Monitor the whole production procedure in-house and make sure every procedure meets the highest quality standard
Achieve efficient in-house mass production
Speed up our production and enable us to have faster turnaround
Upgrade our current stock system, manage our stock from the raw materials, components to the finished products
Help us to expand our business domestically and internationally

We have conquered various technical difficulties in the past few months in order to produce the best products we can achieve. From now on, we are completely self-sufficient in production and 100% in control of quality consistency.
