Back to Bach is a contemporary reinterpretation of Johann Sebastian Bach’s music through jazz, latin music and modern influences. Led by tubist Thomas Leleu, the project creates a living dialogue between Baroque structure, jazz improvisation and latin energy. The tuba, both lyrical and unexpected, takes center stage as a solo voice. Reworked Bach pieces intertwine with original compositions inspired by his spirit. The result is a vibrant, accessible and resolutely modern musical experience that bridges centuries and styles.
