For yakhni potli-:
Beef trotter-1

Bay leaves-4
Cinnamon sticks-3
Black cardamoms-2
Green cardamoms-
Coriander seeds-1 tbsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
Black pepper corns-10
Star anise-1
Cloves-2
Shah cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Mace -1(javitri)
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1 tbsp
water -2.5 litres
For making masala-:
Cooking oil-1/2 cup
Large onion -1 slices
Salt-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Red Kashmiri chilli powder-1 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tbsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Yogurt-6 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste -1 tbsp
For garnish -:
Fresh coriander leaves
Julia cut ginger slices
