While on vacation in Turks & Caicos I wanted to share my Caribbean inspired Conch ceviche recipe!
This conch ceviche is light, full of flavor and low in calories it can be served as a side or an entree.
Ingredients:
-1pound of conch
-3 assorted peppers
-orange juice
-1 whole lime juiced
-1 whole habanero pepper
Seasoning:
-1/2 tsp himalayan salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1 sprig of fresh parsley
